To comply with C33, does our publication or presentation have to be accepted for publication? Or is it enough to submit the project?

Criterion 33 requires that the results of the research from at least two different projects must be developed into a form that is suitable for sharing with the CME community.  Each of these projects must have been submitted to a peer-reviewed forum, but acceptance for publication/presentation is not necessary.
