For Commendation Criteria 23 (IPCE education), do physician assistants count as a separate type of physician?

Physician assistants are not considered the equivalent of a physician.  Thus, involving both physicians and physician assistants in the planning, presenting, and evaluation of an activity would be considered interprofessional education.
