Yes, implementing a new format (i.e. webinars, internet enduring material, etc.) or a number of new formats into your CME program could be considered one innovation. To fully meet the expectations for Criterion 35 you would also describe and demonstrate three additional innovations, as well as how each of the four innovations contributes to your ability to meet your CME mission.
