You have options! Feedback can be provided to learners in several ways. The results of evaluations can serve as feedback. Providers can simply correct incorrect responses, and show learners the optimal response/answer along with an explanation as to the reasoning. This type of feedback can be done live or after the fact. Another option for a “live” form of feedback would be a case conversation where a faculty member (or members) share with learners the appropriateness of the decisions they made and the appropriateness of the case outcome.
